North Island Roots features many Northwest Coast Native Artists, Woodlands, Southwest and Mexico. These Native American artists, sculptors, carvers, painters and jewellers are from Haida, Kwakwaka’wakw or Kwakiutl, Nuu-chah-nulth, Tsimshian, Heiltsuk, Coast Salish and other First Nations from the Pacific Northwest, Southwestern, Eastern and Plains.
